Pantone Colour of the Year

It’s out with coral and in with classic blue, with 2020’s official colour of the year being chosen earlier this month. Symbolising protection, stability, peace and confidence, it’s no surprise that this popular shade has already been a hit for nail designs this winter when it comes to blue gel polish.

Get ahead for 2020 with our favourite blue shades. Blue Rapture is the closest match to the Pantone Colour of the Year, but you can give your clients other lighter options, like Passific Blue, or the popular neon shade Blue Bamboo.

Opposite French Manicure

This new take on the French Mani has been growing in popularity since the summer and is definitely one that'll be heading into 2020 with us. The opposite or upside-down French manicure is a simple yet stunning twist on a classic and an easy nail art design to create.

This minimalist look helps to maximise style and sophistication, whilst trying out something new. You can create this look for your clients using a classic nude gel polish for the base and pairing it with a glitter for something different.

Animal Print Nails

From cow print to tortoiseshell, animal print nail designs have grown in popularity recently and the trend is only set to continue as we enter a new decade. The look allows your clients who love colour and style to have nails that show off their personality.
